Village Hotel on Biltmore Estate Review
It’s almost that time of year again to make plans for the holidays and if you’re looking to visit the Biltmore Estate this year, consider staying at the Village Hotel on the Estate grounds.
This casual and comfortable hotel is a charming place to stay if you’re wanting to get the full Biltmore Estate experience.

Is Staying at the Biltmore Estate’s Village Hotel Worth It?
Last year, I decided to book a one-night stay at the Village Hotel, so we can not only be a short drive away from the Biltmore but also visit their small Christmas village that looked like it came out of a Hallmark movie.
The close proximity to the Biltmore doesn’t come at a cheap price as we paid $400 for one night. However, I would look at the most current price as the prices can vary.
But for the one night we stayed, I think it was definitely worth splurging a little as not only was the location perfect but the onsite cafe and restaurant with the cozy room was great.
Even the lobby was decked out in beautiful Christmas decorations.
What Types of Rooms Do They Have?
The Village Hotel on the Biltmore Estate has three different rooms you can book based on availability but there is the Village Room featuring a King bed or two double beds with a enchanting window seat.
This room was the one we managed to stay in, and it was perfect for two people, although it’s quite snug. This room also has a walk-in shower and has a comfortable bed.
This hotel also has a Village Studio King and a Village double with a living room for extra space to accommodate bigger groups.
If you have children, I would look into the Village double as that room has two bathrooms, a separate living room, and a bar style seating area.
Cafe & Restaurant at the Village Hotel
While you can easily walk to the Antler Hill Village for restaurants and wine, the hotel also has a few options for food.
The Village Social is a restaurant inside the hotel that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner but plan in advance as this place can fill up. We decided to get up early and eat breakfast here but it was still crowded.
The Kitchen Cafe is close to the lobby and is more laid back and meant for a quick meal.
You can purchase sandwiches and snacks here, making it the ideal place to go if you’re in a hurry to make your tour of the Biltmore Estate.
Services at the Village Hotel
One of the most memorable experiences I had with the workers when we stayed at the Village Hotel was the front desk receptionist as they were passionate and excited to tell us about the hotel’s amenities.
Other Amenities to Check Out
If you decide to stay more than two nights, you may have time to check out more of their amenities like their heated indoor pool, fitness center, and spa.
Final Thoughts
The Village Hotel may not be overly glamorous like the Biltmore Estate, but the number of amenities and the accessibility makes the price worth it.
They also don’t have resort fees, so enjoy your stay to the fullest! Do keep in mind that there no pet-friendly rooms and they only allow service dogs.
